If you have contacted your recycler and they have not been able to assist you with your enquiry, Compare and Recycle can get involved. You can do this by using our complaint form.
Please submit your complaint with the following subject line:Complaint [Merchant name and Order Number]
We will work closely with the recycler you used to resolve the issue and provide you with a response within 3 working days.
